The Computer-Aided System for Power and Water Consumption Control and Management (CSPWCCM) is designed to improve the products quality due to the control of manufacturing processes, reduce of costs caused by energy supply over-expenditure and long response time.

CSPWCCM provides performance of the following operations:
  • - Measurement, account and control of electric energy and power consumption in control points;
  • - Measurement, account and control of the parameters of energy carriers (water, heat, gas, steam), engineering and technological systems (temperature, pressure, unauthorized access, etc.);
  • - Gathering, processing, accumulation of the primary information from sensors and delivery of processing results in accordance with established procedure and forms in operative and archival modes on the automated workplace screen, type-out and transfer to communication channels;
  • - Gathering of the information on condition of executive mechanisms, management signals transmission;
  • - Measurement, account and control of electric energy and power consumption in control points;
  • - Measurement, account and control of the parameters of energy carriers (water, heat, gas, steam), engineering and technological systems (temperature, pressure, unauthorized access, etc.);
  • - Gathering, processing, accumulation of the primary information from sensors and delivery of processing results in accordance with established procedure and forms in operative and archival modes on the automated workstation screen, type-out and transfer to communication channels;
  • - Gathering of the information on condition of executive mechanisms, management signals transmission.
The system is built on the basis of special-purpose devices of FRPC JSC “RPA” Mars”: UMK and USOPD. Here are some basic characteristics of CSPWCCM functioning since 2001 on Arkhangelsk a ground water inlet "Ulyanovskvodokanal" (Ulyanovsk):
  • - The Interface of interaction of control office automated workplace and UMK: RS-485.
  • - The interface of interaction of UMK and USOPD: «current loop».
  • - UMK quantity per channel of interface RS-485: up to 30.
  • - Maximum UMK removal from a control office automated workplace: 1200 m.
  • - USOPD quantity connected to a UMK: up to 8.
  • - Total USOPD quantity in system: up to 240.
  • - Maximum USOPD removal from UMК: 9000 m.
  • - Total of connected sensore: 5760.
  • - Total of relay outputs on executive mechanisms: up to 1920.
