The Computer-Aided System for Vibration Parameters Monitoring is used for control parameters of sinusoidal vibrations’ impact during samples testing.
The Computer-Aided System for Vibration Parameters Monitoring provides the following:
- Control of current parameters of vibrations testing influence during all time of trials;
- Digital and graphic display of the results of control;
- Storage of the results of control onto engine form;
- Type-out of the results of control;
- Formation of accounting documents.
The hardware Computer-Aided System for Vibration Parameters Monitoring provides the following:
- Synchronous (simultaneous) selection with frequency up to 102,4 kS/s;
- Connection of signals to inputs on AC or DC;
- IEPE current rating through the channel;
- Digital LF - filtration for elimination of a collateral low-frequency component in a spectrum of a digitizing signal;
- Detection of overloads in a digital form, after signal digitization;
- Compound mode of start, including external digital start.
Monitoring system means are included in the state register of measuring apparatus of the Russian Federation.
System structure and functions can be changed on the request of Customer. Realization of the remote control system is possible.
