Production of PCBs

The production of PCBs is specialized in complex multi-layer (up to 26 layers) PCBs by small lots (mainly, of about 500 sq dm) and double-sided PCBs of Accuracy Classes 3-5 as per the GOST 23751 as well as Class E as per the SN (above Class 5).

The modular principle of the PCB-production line contributes to the change of the manufactured-product range to a great extent at minimum expenses and time-loss values.

The production technology ensures the production of up to 10,000 sq m of PCBs a year, at that the product range is up to 1,500 types.

The PCB-production is based on high-precision equipment for the manufacture of photomasks, milling and drilling machines, modular-type machines for chemical treatment of PCBs and cascade-based washing, electroplating lines, vacuum press for the manufacture of multi-layer PCBs etc.

The basic equipment is supplied by ‘Siemens Nixdorf’, leading Germany producers of equipment.

The order terms are from 2 weeks to 1 month for multi-layer PCBs, from 7 days to 3 weeks for double-sided PCBs.

The rush orders are also possible, but at that the terms are specially agreed upon.

The prices of the manufacture of PCBs can vary depending on the complexity of works, the technological features of PCBs as well as the order amount.

The price of one square decimeter depends on the order amount (the order is bigger, the price is lower). If the order amount is more than 4,000 sq dm for one position, the price is negotiated. At that, the production engineering and electrical check are free of charge. The manufacture period for double-sided PCBs is up to 12 working days.
