Design and Development of Video-Modules

FRPC OJSC ‘RPA ‘Mars’ has implemented the production of active-matrix liquid-crystal video-monitors of different design-modifications. We have created and certified a ‘clean’ production-room (as per the requirements for clean rooms of the ISO 8 GOST R ISO 14644-1) where all the line for the video-monitor production is arranged.

The quality system for the video-monitor production is certified by the quality-system certification body "Oboronsertifika".

Video-Modules (specification)

Basic Characteristics of Active-Matrix Liquid-Crystal Video-Modules:
  • vibration- and impact-resistance;
  • low power-consumption;
  • small weight;
  • extended temperature-mode;
  • support of TV-format;
  • high quality of image;
  • high brightness and contract of image.
Including the characteristics which distinguish the active-matrix liquid-crystal video-modules by ‘RPA ‘Mars’ from those by other manufacturers:
  • larger viewing angle of image on screen (in vertical and horizontal planes);
  • extended limits of operating ambient temperature;
  • higher factors of high-humidity resistance;
  • higher vibration-resistance (at the acceleration of up to 2g);
  • high value of MTBF (up to 30,000 hours).

We also can develop and update video-modules as per Customers’ technical assign-ments.
